The journal bears full responsibility for reviewing scientific ethics in the best possible way and in accordance with acceptable and reliable standards, honesty, integrity, and fair and objective dealings from the side of the authors, reviewers, and reviewers among the experts. Publication: Upon obtaining the minimum number of researches, the issue will be published in print and electronically according to the available conditions and at the specified annual date for issuing the number. Third Notification to the Author: After the publication of the issue, each participant will be notified of the scientific work they have contributed, and an electronic participation certificate will be sent to each author.
