Journal Publication Conditions
To ensure the quality of advanced research, Gharyan Journal of Technology sets specific publication conditions, which include:
The research must be in one of the specialized fields in the guide, otherwise, previous or known works will not be accepted.
The percentage of citation mustn’t exceed 25%.
The research must be written in a sound scientific manner, free of linguistic and spelling errors, by experts.
The research must be based on a special "declaration and commitment" form, which includes the researcher's declaration and commitment not to publish the research in any other journal or activity related to it, or to submit it, or its publication in the same period for the journal.
Using the special template for the journal, and to ensure clarity of images and tables.
The research abstract must be written in both Arabic and English.
It should not exceed 20 pages.
 Referencing references that were quoted from it during the study, and including them in the list of references and sources.
Agreement to the journal's publication policies.
Characteristics of Research Suitable for Publication
There are essential characteristics that researchers' works must have to be suitable for publication in Gharyan  Journal of Technology, and these are:
Quality: Represented in the content of the research and achieving the scientific, linguistic, and spelling criteria.
Inclusiveness: Represented in the inclusion of all scientific research elements as a knowledge structure, from the abstract to the conclusions, and within a previous study framework, systematic review, and analytical and coordinating measurements.
Originality: Represented in the absence of the research from any previous theft of the data and information that have been approved by the scientific community, and that the scientific work is a result of outstanding efforts.

Publication Ethics
Gharyan Journal of Technology requires all researchers to adhere to the highest publication ethics and warns against any misconduct in publishing original works. The journal bears full responsibility for reviewing scientific ethics in the best possible way and in accordance with acceptable and reliable standards, honesty, integrity, and fair and objective dealings from the side of the authors, reviewers, and reviewers among the experts. It also commits to applying the best practices in ethical issues and errors, and presenting remedial procedures if necessary.
Transfer of  Publication  Rights
Gharyan Journal of Technology transfers the intellectual rights of works that have not been published elsewhere, and which will be published in it through public media or electronic media, and the authors agree to transfer publication rights to the journal's office.
Withdrawal of Publication
If the author wishes to withdraw the research after its initial or final submission, and according to the journal's rules and conditions, and also if the author agreed to the initial and final submission and signed the agreement form on the website according to the journal's publication policies, then the journal will agree to his request if he sees it sufficient according to the publication conditions within Gharyan Journal of Technology before submitting the final version.
If there is evidence of fraud or an allegation against the publication rights, the published article will be removed from the journal's electronic and print issues and all possible indexing will be done without prior consent from the author.
Publication Mechanism
The publication mechanism in Gharyan Journal of Technology includes the following steps:
​Download the Required Template and Forms: As previously mentioned, the journal's website allows downloading the dedicated template for the journal and the attached forms, without which scientific works will not be accepted.
​Preparation of Research: Research must be prepared in accordance with the publication conditions and according to the prepared template. The author prepares their article and the required forms in a single PDF file and a Word file on a CD or other electronic medium to support that.
​Submission of the Initial Research Draft: The author submits the research to the journal through the "Research Submission" service available on the journal's website. In case of any problems during submission, the author can send the research via email to: ghjt2016@gmail.com or info@gjt.scitech-gh-edu.ly
​First Notification to the Author: Upon submitting the initial version of the research, which is either an acknowledgment of receipt and entry into the review phase, or a rejection request due to non-compliance with the dedicated template or any technical issues appearing in the forms.
​Review: Upon receiving the research, it will be reviewed by a group of experts from the editorial board and reviewers. Their role is to review the work based on scientific and ethical standards.
​Second Notification to the Author: In this stage, the author is informed of the evaluation result: final acceptance, conditional acceptance with the need to make the required amendments, or rejection.
​Submission of the Final Version of the Article: After completing the required amendments, the author sends their final version, including the required forms.
​Publication: Upon obtaining the minimum number of researches, the issue will be published in print and electronically according to the available conditions and at the specified annual date for issuing the number.
Third Notification to the Author: After the publication of the issue, each participant will be notified of the scientific work they have contributed, and an electronic participation certificate will be sent to each author.

Reasons for Rejecting Research
​Here are some of the reasons that necessitate the rejection of the submitted research for publication in the journal, and in case of any of the publication conditions, as well as other reasons that are classified as follows:
​General Reasons for Research Rejection
​Lack of importance of the proposed topic and lack of originality.
The topic not being relevant to the journal's interests.
The data and information included in the research are not specific.
Doubts about the research results.
Many linguistic and grammatical errors.
Non-compliance with journal instructions.
Poor displayed visual elements.
A substantive flaw in the research methodology.
Reasons for Scientific Rejection
​Research hypotheses are unclear, vague, and without benefit.
The possibility that the samples and assumptions mentioned in the research are inappropriate and do not align with the community.
References included in the research are not updated and are not objective.
The scientific methods followed in the research are inappropriate, and may be flawed.
​Reasons related to Research Ethics
​In the event of research plagiarism.
If the researcher commits research falsification.
In the event of submitting the research for publication in more than one journal at the same time.
In the event of not disclosing the names of all participants in the research transparently.
​Policies for Attracting and Selecting Arbitrators
​One of the most important objectives of the journal is the originality and objectivity of the scientific work published in its issues, and therefore it seeks to select competent referees with a high degree of reliability. In return, it adopts methods that facilitate their attraction and selection and are distinguished in their specialization.

​Gharyan Journal sets a set of duties and obligations for researchers wishing to publish their work in the journal, represented by:
​Honesty and credibility in what they submit from research.
Adherence to publication ethics.
Adherence to journal policies.
Adherence to the allocated template, and filling out the required forms.
​The journal also preserves their rights and is represented by:
​Respecting intellectual property laws for researchers.
The researcher's request to withdraw their research after it has been presented to a specific referee and approved by the editorial board.
The researcher has the right to retract the research at any time before publication.
Maintaining the confidentiality of researcher data and information before publication.
Honoring the researcher for their efforts in publishing in various issues of the journal.
Ethical Principles
Ethical Principles for Editors
​Every editor-in-chief and managing editor is responsible for the content of the submitted articles that the journal publishes.
They shall be guided by clear publication policies and shall adhere to the regulatory requirements stipulated in the journal's articles of association regarding what constitutes libel and defamation and infringes on copyrights. The editor-in-chief or the journal's reviewers shall not discuss these matters when making a decision.
Editors must ensure fair and appropriate peer review by their colleagues.
Arbitrators evaluate articles in a timely manner and without regard to the scientific content, or the origin, or the race, or the gender, or the political opinions, or the religious beliefs of the authors.
It is forbidden to publish scientific material that has been previously published by other researchers without obtaining explicit permission from the original author.

The editorial board must evaluate the research content scientifically only.

Authors should ensure their methodologies are sound and, if not, they can verify the results from others.
Authors must submit their results without falsification or manipulation of data.
